Competitor palm vein scanners share common characteristics: a rugged industrial design, large size, and a rugged construction suitable for field environments. Existing palm vein scanners are often installed in public places or ATMs, and often require a guide to improve scanning accuracy, leading to unconventional designs. This makes them unfamiliar to users and reduces accessibility. We adopted a slim, modern design, ideal for PC desk scanners, to blend seamlessly into the surrounding environment and enhance user convenience.
